One of my favorite picks but a bit too tight
This pick takes the first place in my rating together with Fred Kelly Picks Delrin Speed Pick. They are very different but I like and use both.
The spring on this one is a bit too tight so I prefer the regular "BMP-RHJ" without the "+". I have quite big thumbs but for somebody with thinner ones I see that "BMP-RHJ+" can be better

Cool pick
Good quality and idea, however for small thumbs the pick portion seems a little bit too long, and protrudes a little farther than I would like.
