I understand I have chosen to buy a somewhat less expensive product, but I didn't expect the package to be so unbelievebly poorly handled! And I am not talking about shipment package, I am talking about the fact that the tubes DO NOT hold the liquid and since it is somewhat transparent it poured all over me and my mattress (good luck getting that out!).

The plastic box in which they arrived was also a bit teared I don't know if it was opened before or checked, but almost half of one of the tubes was empty.

All-in-one, accessible and effective kit! Although I don't use the string cleaner too often, the polish really bring the texture to life, while the lemon oil, apart from smelling goood, is one of the most effective I've tried. Will buy another one when it runs out.
