Large bore, but beautiful sound
Denis Wick mouthpieces are known for flat rims and sharp bites, and this is no exception. The attack/ response is great, and the deep funnel shape produces a beautiful warm sound. Intonation is surprisingly good considering the large cup volume. Holds surprisingly well above the stave, but the bore is huge making sustained high notes difficult.
