Very sturdy and look good
Can't comment on how they perform on stage as I only play at home, but they look like they won't go anywhere once you put them on. Seriously, they are very difficult to take off. The black ones are super discrete. Bonus points: you can store a pick or two between the rubber and the strap end, that's very handy.
