I guess for the price this is the best you can get.
Pros:
Feels better than my original Ibanez RG460 switch but miles behind something like a Fender American switch. Which of course costs 3-4 times more than this.
Cons:
You will need to apply contact spray once a week or it will be scratchy and not work. The lever does not feel smooth at all.

I have Ibanez GRG 270 BK guitar, which is a budget guitar. This guitar has 3 pickups HSH. I don't like the middle one as this is the part I'm always picking . While I'm upgrading, I replaced the switch from 5 way to 3 way. This one went well.

Perfect replacement for my Squier
The switch in my Squier Tele was too loose due to the usage so I replaced it with one of these.
If you're not familiar with soldering, I don't recommend doing this. It's almost a precision job, so it takes a little practice to get there.
They're just great for the price and my Tele is even better now.

Quality switch, firm detents
Comes with all screws and a strat-type tip. Would buy again.
EDIT: The switch has more friction than is strictly necessary. I'm taking a couple of stars off for that.

Nothing amazing
nothing to be excited about, you are replacing a broken selector switch, you better start learning to solder :D, but overall very tacky switch i like it, if you are searching for a replacement i recomend this one

Very sturdy and reliable
This 3 way switch, never loose his goal! The switching feels natural, locks where it has to do and keep it's signal without any hum or interferance.
