Goldo ELK3W Switch Tip
I have a couple of the black version and particularly like the pronounced conical shape of these. Fender and other switch tips seem more "Baked bean" shaped and somehow less pleasant in a tactile sense. These are just a bit more comfortable to me. Burns guitars also appear to use this shape as standard.

Good product check your switch width
Good but is only suitable for the wider switch not the cheaper Asian ones.
