This clamp holds the fatter radio mics well and the grip is quite strong but flexible enough to be easy to insert and remove the mic. Great!

I have more secure mounts, but they're difficult for inexperienced users to install and remove the microphone. These mounts are ideal, perfect for wireless microphones (Shure, Sennheiser, T-bone). They hold well and are easy to install and remove.
