A quality product very well constructed,ideal for strengthening fingers and wrists ,I use this to create my own patterns ,easily fits into my pocket,when my guitar is not in my hand the grip master usually is .this is the second one I purchased In 10 years and only because I mislaid my first one ,built to last ideal for beginners and pros to keep the fingers and wrists strong.

good training for fingers
will not give you shredding skills, but will help you to warm up fingers. Also a good tool for exercise. Little and ring finger will get more stronger and controllable.
