Hercules Bari stand. - excellent.
The stand is well made and excellent value.
It is stable and unlikely to be knocked over. There is some play in the instrument position to allow use for seated playing but not so to destabilise it. I have used my stand for weekly gigs on crowded stages for over 4 years and the condition remains excellent despite throwing it in a bag with other hardware. It packs down well although still bulky it assembles easily.
My only slight criticism is that the lower support that holds the lower part of the instrument in place can be easily knocked out of position if you don't look carefully when picking up or replacing the instrument on a dark stage.

Older timer wanted a bari...........
I could only buy a bettersax bari if i did not have to pick it up. The bari sits there in my music room and i can sit down and roll my chair up to the bari to play it. Perfect height and what a sound! It is so easy to blow (my thomann sopranino sax takes more effort to blow although i can pick that one up easily......also a great sounding sax)

Good stand, but build quality could be better
I expected a little bit more from this stand. The upper telescopic part sits too loose. Making it a bit wobbly fully extended. The sax stays put, but it does not give me any confidence.
Maybe poor quality control? My tenor stand is much better.

Hold The Bari
A good reliable stand which folds well for transport and holds the Bari safely at home at a Jam. Very pleased.

The best bari stand I own
I use this stand for concerts that require frequent switch ups between bari and tenor. This stand is sturdy, easy to set up and has the possibility to mount 2 extra pegs for other instruments (like flute or clarinet). Fits my Selmer SA80II perfectly. Has adjustable height of both contact points on the sax.

Sturdy, stable at a great price.
Perfect stand for bass clarinet for home and studio. Heavy, not the best to move around but then there no other option at this range of price (or even higher).

great bari stand
It is stable, yet less practical to take along as it has limited foldability due to its length. It is a pity you cannot buy the alto/tenor extension, and have to buy the bari/tenor set, although it is the same stand. It would be nice to sell the alto/tenor extension separatly as hercules does with the soprano extension to the alto/tenor stand!

Good quality
This is a good quality but heavy piece of kit.Not something id like to cart around to gigs but great for home use.
