Fantastic tuners
I've put these on an old Czech-made Epiphone. Had to ream out the tuning peg holes a little, but not much. The screws fit perfectly over the old ones, no modifications required there.
They hold tune great and were an easy install. A vast improvement over the old ones.
Just a word of caution: many people change the tuners in order to achieve tuning stability. Don't do that! If the tuners are otherwise fine, there's a 99% chance that your nut is causing the guitar to go out of tune. Either change the nut to a better material, or use some sort of lubricant in the nut slots so that the strings will not get caught in them.

Vintage adequate
They work well and they look good. FYI: on an Epiphone ES-175 Premium I had to slightly increase the holes so they fit in. I didn't intend to do that, but Epiphone/Gibson does not list the full specs so I had to guess. Not a big deal in the end.
