Expected more from K & M
It does the job and the price is good. In fact, the price seemed too good to be true, and that proved right.
Assembly is quick and easy.
But there are a lot of details that could be improved on this one.
Most disappointing is the mechanism for adjusting the resistance to horizontal rotation on the two main arms: it uses some screws that require a small wrench (provided in the package). If those are not tightened, everything is loose and wobbly. But if you do tighten it a bit and then turn the arms left/right, you'll get some nasty scratches on the vertical arm.
Feels like a v1 product, which it is after all.
