If 4 sounds are all you need, then it’s perfect
The nano cortex sounds very good, really just as good as the big quad cortex, it’s easy to use, feels great.
The phone app is also easy to use and you can find there lots of great captures to work with.
The effects even though they are fixed, the quality is really up there, the best chorus/delay/reverb in quad cortex in my opinion.
If you don’t use more than 4 tones live, it really is the perfect compromise.

Overall, very good, but noisy
I have both the Quad Cortex and the Nano Cortex. I use it with the original charger (ordered separately since is not included).
I don't know if my unit is defective or not, but without ground lift the noise is INSANE. Even with ground lift pressed there is some noise, so I have to use a DI anyway on stage. This is not the case with the Quad Cortex. Other than that both products are awesome.

Hard to get a better sound for this price
For home usage, it's perfect. Ideally, I'd want to also be able to use the NeuralDSP plugins, but you can just use captures of the plugins just the same. Combining 2 or more captures would also be great, but you can manage with the current options as well. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the pedal; great overall sound.
