The best digital sax for a genuine “feel”
If you’re after a small instrument to pop in a bag and take with you the Travel Sax II is the best on the market. (Mouthpiece Attachments are a must for a the best results)
Short comings
It has a few sounds to choose from on the app but really, in my experience these are just for fun.
This instrument is not robust enough in its options and tones to make a viable performance instrument but that’s not what it’s all about.
Where it excels
You want to practice away from home? This is it.
The keys closely mirror a real sax and doesn’t feel too button pushie. They feel like keys.
Breath sensor is great. It’s light weight and really… just brilliant for sax players who are away from their instrument / away from places to practice.
