PS
Humbucker not P90
I got it to replace the the Seymour Duncan P90 that comes stock in my Epiphone JJ Nichols Les Paul Jr. I was hoping to get rid of the hum and keep the P90 sound (as advertised by SD and JJN himself).
The construction inside is a triplebucker - a single coil pickup with two single blades, one on each side.
It gets rid of the hum BUT it sounds like a weak humbucker, not like a P90. Which is exactly what this pickup is.
I ended up putting back in the original SD P90.
The score for sound is subjectiv because I was expecting a P90 (just as advertised) and it's not that.
