Very Good cable
There is really nothing quite like buying a musical accessory that's cheap and performs at great level. Well, this cable sure has that quality that makes it work well always and under any circumstance. Unlike some other cables within that price range and length, the Sommer has no noise or signal buzz whatsoever. It is a very silent, long cable with a big, fat delivery and two connectors that take hold flawlessly and, more importantly, noilessly. Also, the blue color is very appealing and catchy but, beyond the looks, what's great about it is the fact that, in the dark, it does not glow but reacts better to light than a black one, which comes very much in handy on a live situation.

Useful
As I have a pretty full crate of xlrs in live setup. I often need to identify a specific length cable (usually short) for my own vocl setup (close to on-stage mixer). The colour and length of this cable does the trick ...and it is Sommer quality. I really value these unusual cables as they make my setups faster and I will eventually replace all my cheaper cables with such oddments.
