For the price... wow... that's a real bargain...
I put an EVANS UV2 Coated on the snare side and a EVANS G1 Clear on the reso, and bro it sounds AMAZING!!
I play a really really high tune because I like to muffle the snare with a wallet to get a really dry and punchy sound, and it fits on all genres...
I usually play Rock, Metal and some Hip-hop, and fits perfectly...
I'm really satisfied with this snare... I recommend ALL DAY!
