Delighted with this midii Keyboard

Very pleased with this keyboard , not difficult to configure with my Virtual Pipe Organ set up . The keyboard iwas easywith a interface which I also bought off Thoman . Slight delay with the Carrier in the UK , but all sorted out in these unusual times . Thoman cstomer service is ver good and certainly looking in the future to buy a 3 manual Keyboard stack .My church organ stucies have accellerated with this aquisition . I can strongly reccommend the product

Was working for 1.5 years perfectly then suddenly started playing ghost notes and started having extreme key latency and unresponsiveness. I have sent twice to service they denied it has a problem although I have proof of it from videos. The problem started Nov 2025 and its August 2026 and hasnt been solved yet. I am outraged with Thomann and Viscount - I have paid so much money and they dont respect anything! Totally crap service and customer support I am going to file the case in the European Consumer Centre. Totally disappointed
