Absolutely brilliant sound!
If truly breathtaking ambient reverb is what you´re looking for, this is the Holy Grail.
Immersive, endlessly evolving reverberation with lush organic lo-fi modulation that transforms any sound into beautiful multi-textural soundscapes!
I use the Slöer on the line-out of my Hydrasynth (ASM) synthesizer which is utilized for my ambient electronic music productions.
I have to mention that the Slöer produces an incredibly wide stereo field, so beautiful it´s almost mesmerizing.
The pedal came to me with one knob completely detached which is a shame for a Walrus Audio product. Luckily the tiny allen screw was loose in the box and I had a small allen key to screw it back, so this problem was fixed.
Lastly this pedal is made sturdy like a tank - all its parts are made of metal and it "reeks" of high-quality components.

impressive
It is a fantastic effect pedal, but a bit of a one trick pony.
Not versatile at all despite all its modes as even at minimum decay the reverb is VERY long lasting.
I tend to prefer it for synth uses, or very extreme guitar ambiances as it shines in the extremes.
