Comply Foam Tips 2.0 Air Pods Pro M

I purchased the Comply Foam Tips 2.0 AirPods Pro M from Thomann (Order No. 202403.190870) in January. Unfortunately, each pair of tips only lasted about 2 weeks before becoming soft and losing their ability to stay in my ears. This means that in about 3 months, all three pairs were unusable. am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service I received. I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision when considering purchasing this product.
My refund request was denied. It seems that this online store does not honor the stated warranty for these products, nor the 2-year warranty required by European regulations.
