Firstly Thoman has been amazing to deal with and purchase from. i ordered 2 bubbletron EXL Go. One was super worked great. the other kept sticking based on the fact the centre drive wheel was not exactly straight. more like a slightly buckled bicycle wheel. So it went back and Thoman got a new 1 to me in 24 hours as i had paid UPS express. However the replacemant was as bad and was sticking for the same reason (centre cog plastic is not straight) so i tried it with juice and this helped to lubricate it but it still was catching on the drive mechanism. Also the replacement machine was only blowing about 50% of bubbles in comparison to the one that works great when side by side. i could give it all 5 stars on all. But basically they do seem a bit hit and miss. This would be an amazing wow machine for parties if they were all produced in the same quality.
