Simpy Awful :(
So received by adapter rings in the post today and was quite excited. Then I tried them out and realised they were pretty awful. The earphones keep falling out of the rings and that's just while I'm sitting at my desk, I'd hate to think how bad they'd be if I was leaping about the stage. Also, because they don't go deep enough into my Elacin ear plugs, it takes away from the quality of the sound from the earphones. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Just don't buy these.
Does not work.
The fit on to Shure's (SE-425 at least) is waay too snug and you end up breaking your monitors if you are not really careful.
Also the shures end up sticking out of the ear so that the cable doesn't anymore want to go behind your ear.
The sound isolation is also bad. You are better of using Shure's foams or designated molded in-ears.

Total waste of money
I bought these to plug my Shure SE215 and into my Fischer Amps custom made earplugs. First and last, they don't fit. I'm scared to break my headphones trying to push into these horribly expensive pieces of plastic. Fischer Amps, you better reconsider as I cannot use my earplugs for what they're made for, and they cost a fortune too.
