I bought the HB-20R a few weeks ago and it's honestly one of the best budget tube combos I've tried. For the money, it's a steal.
The clean channel is warm and clear – that 12AX7 preamp and 6V6 power tube give a really nice vintage vibe, much better than most solid-state amps in this price range. Reverb is spring-style and sounds surprisingly good (not too washy even at higher settings). Crunch comes in smoothly when you push the gain – perfect for blues, classic rock, indie, or rockabilly. It breaks up beautifully at bedroom volumes and gets loud enough for small rehearsals or gigs when cranked (10" speaker handles it well).
Build quality is solid: good tolex, sturdy grill, reliable knobs. Effects loop is a huge bonus at this price – delay and reverb pedals sound way cleaner post-preamp.
Small downsides: single channel only (no footswitchable clean/drive), and heavy distortion needs an external pedal (not a high-gain monster). At max volume it can get a bit muddy, but that's normal for vintage-style 20W.
Verdict: 9/10 for home practice, recording, or as a first tube amp. If you're into warm, classic tones without spending a fortune – grab it. Thomann shipping was fast and safe. Highly recommended!

Amplificatorul se aude destul de bine. În afara faptului că are un bâzâit este bun. Este perfect pentru inceput.
