Only a Harley Benton is good enough (at this price point)
I bought this model out my desire to have a Strat sound that would complement my Les Pauls. Even though I had heard about the "hit-and-miss" quality, I was convinced by all the reviews.
It sounds very good, it looks the part, it's comfortable to play and it's light. It can compare against my Fender Custom Shop Strat, which is over 20 times more expensive!
However, I have to point out there is some setup required. I had to do fret dressing and I readjusted string action and intonation, which were off for .10 strings. My only other gripe is that the studs on the bridge are too sharp. If Harley Benton would take care of these out of the box, I'm sure consumers would be happy to pay an extra 50 EUROs or so. I know I would be.
All in all, it's a lot of guitar for the money, unbeatable at this price point.
