8. Useful accessories

Stick bag

Within time every Drummer has a collection of sticks, mallets, rods and brushes. A good stick Bag is a good acquisition. It does not only serve for transport and keeping the sticks orderly. You can hang it from the stand tom or another piece on the set. A lost stick can be replaced in seconds.

Pads

Practice pads make it possible to play with realistic rebound without being loud. Ideal for practicing in an apartment without becoming homeless. Practice pads come in all usual sizes, i.e. 10", 12", 13 ", to 14" etc.. so you can easily dampen snares and toms.

Wraps, Tape

Stick Wraps look good and improve the grip of the stick. The material works like a shock-absorber, a good idea for a gig and for long rehearsals. You can find matching pairs easily by the different colors. The same applies to Tape, you can use it as a band aid for the fingers also.

The ultimate accessory for each Drumstick however has to be a drum kit - most recommendable.
