Good for Metal, Better with an EQ
Great amp thats made even better with a boss eq. The amp itself is a mastodon tone machine, but with some EQ it becomes viable for any metal genre: from the crispy tones of black metal, to the articulated notes of bands such as lamb of god, and djenty heaviness of meshuggah. Also does Death tones very well, from Scream Bloody Gore to Sound of Perseverance.
Absolutely great amp, the only thing lacking being a dual channel for some quick switching between clean and distorsion. Other than that no complaints.
