it broke my very expensive hand mad instrument

I purchased this product expecting it to safely carry my oud, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While carrying the case on my back like a backpack, the poor quality of the materials caused it to break unexpectedly. My oud fell and hit the ground hard, resulting in significant damage to the instrument.

This experience has been very frustrating, as I trusted this product to protect my oud, and now it is broken due to a flaw in the case itself. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their materials to prevent this from happening to others.

Strong well fitting oud gigbag

This gigbag fits the Thomann basic oud that I recently purchased.Both instrument and gigbag were superbly packed and arrived in perfect condition.The case fits the oud really well and has different straps for carrying . Am really pleased.Thomann does such a great job making and sending instruments from Germany .Outstanding value too. Danke Thomann!
