Sad and disappointing
Ordered on 13.02.2026, arrived on 19.02, returned to thomann on 20.02, arrived back at thomann on 27.02, got the money back on 09.03.
The reason for return is not related to glue residues on the guitar body or nasty imperfections on the binding or where the neck joins the body (lets say I could have lived with those not thinking of the price of this instrument); the reason has to do with a cracked fretboard which could have happened on the way from the factory to thomann or on the way from thomann to me - the result of bad quality packing (some other brands include a two-way humidity pack even on way cheaper instruments).
Speaking of quality, first of all, there was no labeling/sticker of QC being executed in the factory and more disappointing, I've been informed by thomann via e-mails that thomann is not checking or performing any QC on "this model" (this model probably means any brand that isn't owned by thomann). So, they get an overseas transport, they don't check it and then sends it directly to the customer. I am afraid to order again.
