Great, but very specific strings
Used these on a Sigma SDR-42. Works great with the sparkle of rosewood guitars, and seems to impart an additional sweet, piano-like character to the trebles. In a way, you could say it makes the guitar sounds more refined and expensive than it is with other strings.
On the other hand, they're lower tension so you lose some volume and especially, some punch on the lower strings, even with the added thickness of the lower E.
The additional thickness can also be a problem depending on your nut slots.
The sound settles in almost immediately and keeps its best character for about 2 weeks, after which it darkens drastically - and I don't like bright acoustics. Of course, this varies depending on how fast your sweat destroys strings. I usually use coated/treated variants, so it may last more for you.
Ideally, you would mix a hybrid set with these trebles and a PB for the bass strings to get the best of both worlds, which I did. But it's a bit too expensive an experiment for only 2 weeks of life; seems like a good plan for the span of some recordings/concerts. But it is the best treble I've heard so, the good with the bad.
