Such a fun little kit!

Plenty of power despite the diminutive size. Unmuffled, the kick drum is boomy and strong even though it's just 18 inches.

Probably a bit quiet for some live settings, but for recording at home, where I use it, it's ideal. And mic'ed, you could do anything with it. Fantastic bang for the buck, it outshines the twice-as-expensive Mapex kit that it replaced.

The stock heads, Remo UT, are not great quality, and I think the kick drum will benefit from a ported resonant head, but that's my only, very minor complaint.

Je l'utilise comme batterie jazz pour les gigs. Solide, son incroyable, qualité de fabrication très propre pour le prix, livraison top. Je l'ai juste modifiée en ajoutant des cercles moulés, le son est digne de batteries qui valent le double du prix.

Da ich schon mal eines hatte, wußte ich, dass dieses Set hervorragend klingt. Auch die Handlichkeit - Tomholder, Beine etz. ist einmalig. Allerdings sind die BD Beine zu lang, die muß man abschneiden und seltsamerweise ist das Frontfell stark gedämpft (innen Ring) wärend das Schlagfell dünn und ungedämpft ist. Das sollte wohl umgekehrt sein! Grüße .... Honzak
