Harley Benton TUBE15 Celestion

I ordered it as new, but received it B-Stock by mistake. Thomann offered me a deal to keep it, and I did, no complaints. Now about the product. Not perfect finish but acceptable for this price. Sound is great but heavily dependant on speaker - as we all know. With the 70/80 is bit harsh on distort and mid to low end oriented. We know the reason: cost and try to cover most styles - as the narrow oriented users will go on another price range. But if you know what you want you can make it trully yours by replacing the speaker or use an external cab, so don't give up on it, will keep up with you the whole path. On the electronic side, it is a Laney 100%. Clean PCB and well done, I expect this to last if no mecanical aggression is applied. It is not that "all tube sound path" or "no solid state in audio path" therefore is not for the purists. There are few OPamps in the reverb section. But this is fine, the tube character is all there, hands down. The TONE pot is not a PRESENCE, as quite a few suggested. It is a high cut to reduce distortion for high frequencies in power section. Real spring reverb is superb. Also efects loop. Finally, these 15 Watts will shake your world. Who needs valve 100 W? Should I buy it again? Oh yes, absolutely.

Great sound out of the box, maybe a little dark. Combined with a Tube Screamer, especially at low volume, covers many scenarios, depending on what you play or like.
Not very loud cleans, if that's what you want. It gets crunchy pretty quickly.
The speaker can get a little fizzy on high gain (some may find this also usefull in some cases). But, hey, you get a speaker out too! What more do you want?

Pros: Great sound, solid build, unbeatable price for a tube amp.
Cons: Fixed power cable, occasional QC issues with volume.

Review:
I am very satisfied with the Harley Benton Tube15. The sound quality is impressive for this price point and the construction feels solid. It offers that authentic tube warmth and responds well to dynamics. One minor detail to note is that the power cable is fixed (hardwired), not detachable.

There is a known issue with some units regarding intermittent volume drops—potentially related to a preamp tube or the FX loop jacks. My unit developed this issue, but the support from Thomann has been top-notch. Even though I purchased the amp from another country (which makes shipping costs and logistics more complex), their warranty service handled everything professionally. They made the entire return process for repair very smooth.

Despite the technical hiccup, the amp is a fantastic value and I highly recommend it, especially knowing that Thomann stands behind their products.

This is my second guitar amp and it is great. For the price it delivers a variety of tones. Here are the pros:
-Lots of knobs
-12 inch speaker
-Effects loop
-1W mode for home play

The only cons:
-the speaker is not perfect ( but it is very easy to replace, and it is certainly better than other combo speakers in its price range )
-mine came with a small blemish in the logo ( the silver paint was faded )
