Pretty good for synthetic, in fact in my opinion probably the best on the market. My own experience however is these fall short of cane (for me on soprano anyway as they sound a bit buzzy when I play them), but there are plenty of pros using them so it’s a personal thing and who am I to say otherwise. I would recommend and you can also send back to Legere (not the retailer you bought them from) to swap strengths if you need to, so good quality customer service!

After reading several reviews and watching many You tube videos, all stating how wonderful this reed is, I finally decided to purchase this synthetic reed. I decided stick with the same reed strength, from a 2 1/2 Rico Plasticover reed to the same on the Legere. It was noticeably a little stiffer, but it played superbly. No wetting required, it kept its tone all the way through playing, as a wet player, my sax was swamped as usual, but the reed stayed perfect. Considering one reed is the same price as 5 plasticover reeds, but will last 10 times longer, it is worth making the change.

Mag sein, dass ich später auf Natur-Blätter wechsle. Jetzt erleichtert mir dieses robuste Blatt den NeuStart. Anmerkung: Ich finde die Einzelverpackung in diesem relativ großen Kunsstoff kästchen überdimensioniert und eine resourcen Verschwendung. Ich gebe das Blatt ja nach Kauf sowieso in meinen "Reed Container"
