Exactly what you'd expect

Not much to say about this connector outside of the fact that it does exactly what you'd expect. The jack quality on both ends is nice and sturdy; no loose tips or offset shafts. The middle section is made of metal and the texture is similar to that of a regular guitar knob.

The only thing worth being mindful of is that the two pedals that this will be connected to need to be even in height. If they're not, or if the surface beneath them is slanted, one of the pedals will be tilted. Over time this would likely weaken the jack on the tilted side, reducing the audio quality or outright not functioning if the offset is dramatic enough.

All in all, you can't really go wrong with this connector. If you're looking to efficiently pack a bunch of pedals together without having to deal with daisy-chain wiring, this is perfect. If there is any offset to the jack inputs, or the size of the pedals, then maybe look at atypical patch cables instead.

Love it on my board when I have 2 pedals with same chassis and jack positioning. It has a few plus, such as how sturdy it is, and the fact that it will significantly help you reduce the "in-between pedals" space to a very minimum, especially if you wire up your pedalboard with a combination of these jacks and the Rockboard Flat patch ones. Great Stuff.
The only (maybe considerable) downside, is that whenever you wanna pull up or out altogether the pedal to which one of these is connected to, you might have to lift 2 or more pedals together from the Velcro. It can be a little tricky as the Velcro will pull back pretty hard, and maybe be slightly risky on the jack sockets of the pedal themselves. For that reason I have strategically chosen to use only a few on my board, and wherever they are, they are always isolated, so every 2 or 3 connections, to avoid having too many pedals connected with these and cause the problems I have mentioned above.
For the rest, as I said, top stuff!!!

The Rockboard S-Connector works really well and gives good value for what you pay. It doesn't give any noise as far as I've noticed. A good thing to keep in mind is to connect it to pedals of the same height, otherwise they will lean a little. overall a good, cheap connector

Excellent quality, may be useful

Pros - this is ruggedly built, low resistance & low capacitance (I've tested it with a meter).

Cons - this particular version only really works if you're using identical style pedals (i.e. same enclosure size and with the jacks mounted directly across from each other) because if the jacks are even a millimeter out of alignment in terms of height you'll have issues. In addition, this works best with Boss pedals or something larger because it will typically place mini-pedals too close together for most people.
