Fantastic in ear options

We use this product in our church to provide in ear options for our 4 singers. We have two unit run in the split mode allowing us to run 4 separate in ear mixes.

The range on the units is good enough to cover our full room.

Setup and installation was really smooth and everything worked a dream. The only feature I have not tired yet is to rack mount this unit.

We would be more than happy to use more of these units if and when we need them.

The transmitted sound is exceptionally clear and of high quality, and the auto frequency search function works flawlessly. However, I was initially expecting the unit to be packaged in a hard or soft case, but it only comes in a cardboard box. If you are not planning to use it in a rack, investing in a dedicated case is highly recommended for protection. While the transmission range is sufficient for most venues, larger spaces may require additional antennas to maintain optimal performance. That said, we’ve used the unit in over 50 events without any major issues—only minor frequency disruptions when the receiver is pushed to its range limits.

Wir hatten zuerst ein günstigeres System (das mit der Ameise) getestet. Der Sound war ok, das Rauschen für mich als Bassist allerdings nicht akzeptabel. Immer wenn ich in die Saiten griff, legte neben mir der Wasserfall los.

Zum Vergleich bestellten wir also das dreimal teurere System von Sennheiser. Tag und Nacht. Das Rauschen war weg, der Sound klar und deutlich. Wir proben in einem Bunker. Zwei Räume weiter höre ich das Signal immer noch ohne Rauschen. Da kannst du nicht mehr zurück.

Einziges Manko ist die Bedienung. Wobei diese nicht schlecht ist. Vor allem die Übertragung der Frequenz per Infrarot ist sehr schick. Die Menus sind allerdings sehr verschachtelt und die Bedienungsanleitung ein Witz. Die Autotune-Funktion habe ich zum Beispiel nicht gefunden, weder in der Anleitung, noch in einem Menu. Youtube muss da weiterhelfen.

Das ist schade, weil das Produkt wirklich gut ist, von der Verarbeitung über die Ausstattung mit Rackohren und diversen Schrauben bis zum Sound. Würde ich es weiterempfehlen? Auf jeden Fall.
